B. Premium Payments
Lugo Insurance Advisors or its associated licensed agents will not collect premium payments on behalf of any insurance provider.
All premium payments must be made directly to the respective insurance provider, following the insurer’s terms and conditions.
All service fees for tax preparation and consulting services are due at the time of delivery.
No estimates will be provided for tax preparation or any other consulting services.
Payments for all services provided by Lugo Insurance Advisors are final and non-refundable.
Lugo Insurance Advisors reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these payment terms.
A. Insurance Products & Refunds
Any refunds, cancellations, or policy modifications for insurance-related services are subject to the terms and conditions established by the insurance provider and the state laws governing the policy.
B. Tax Preparation & Consulting Services Refunds
Payments for tax preparation and consulting services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
C. No Chargebacks or Service Reversals
Once a service has been provided, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued.
Lugo Insurance Advisors is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations regarding insurance policies, tax regulations, or consulting services.
We do not guarantee insurance approval, policy issuance, or financial outcomes from tax or consulting services.
Lugo Insurance Advisors is not liable for financial losses resulting from incorrect information provided by clients or third parties.
Our website may contain links to third-party services or external websites. Lugo Insurance Advisors is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of those third-party services.
A. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, including but not limited to disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, enforcement, or breach of these terms, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
B. Arbitration Procedure
The arbitration shall be conducted in Duval County, Florida.
The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
C. Waiver of Class Actions & Jury Trials
You agree that arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lugo Insurance Advisors.
You waive your right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding.
D. Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for disputes involving intellectual property rights, unauthorized use of our services, or violations of confidentiality obligations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
